Notice from our Club Chairman Chris Burton
Following the Government and Football Association's guidelines, and after careful consideration it is with great disappointment that we will be unable to host our Annual football Tournament on the weekend of June 20th & 21st, this will be the first time in 17 years that we have have been left with no choice other than to cancel our Major fund raising event. Our primary concern was for the safety and well being of all of our guests and our own member's who all work tremendously hard for several months leading up to the event to ensure an enjoyable weekend for everyone.
For all of the Clubs and Teams who have already paid their Entry Fee they will contacted with two options, either a full refund, or out of the entry fee a donation of £5.00 to be made towards our NHS, as each year we have always supported worthy charities too numerous to mention, which we feel would be a tremendous gesture from our Football Community.
Teams can also email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange their refund, in which case we would request your bank details to arrange a bank transfer.

Our next Annual small sided Summer Tournament will hopefully be held on Saturday and Sunday (19th and 20th June 2021) the venue: our Private Sports Club based in Cheslyn Hay WS6 7EY. This is an enjoyable day out in our South Staffordshire village for all Junior football teams from the ages of Under 7's through to Under 14's

Hot and Cold food is available throughout the day, we advise teams to bring along a gazeebo to protect players from the sun or rain.
The first matches kick off at 10.30am both days.
Please book early to ensure your place, teams were booking as early as Christmas 2018, to ensure their place.
This year all age groups including the Under 7's and Under 8's will be allowed to play in the knock out stages as per the older age groups as confirmed by the Staffordshire Football Association.Just to clarify that the Under 7' age group will play 5 v 5 format, as per FA Guidelines.In addition the Under 14's will play 6 v 6 format, all other age groups will be 7 v 7.
Please note: That trophies will be awarded to the Winners and Runners Up of each Competetive age group, i.e. Under 7's to Under 14's, in addition all Under 7's will receive a medal for taking part on the day, for many this will be their first Tournament.
We have established ourself as one of the leading Summer Small sided Tournament organisers in the West Midlands and Staffordshire, attracting 96 teams over our two day weekend event, with age groups from under 7 to under 14's competing in this enjoyable footballing event.
We advise early entry into this annual competition usually taking place every third weekend in June, the cost is £35 per team with a maximum of two teams per age group league.The Under 7,9,11 and 13's compete on the Sunday, whilst the Under 8,10,12 and 14's compete on the Saturday, the Under 14 age group, will play 6 v 6 format. Whatever age group that you are playing in each team will be able to register three substitutes.

Competition SetupEach age group from Under 7's to Under 14's will be run on a Competetive basis with a maximum of twelve teams competing in two leagues of six, with each team guaranteed five league games and the top four going through to the quarter finals and further knockout stages, The team that finishes top in each division will play the fourth placed team from the other corresponding division, with the second place team playing the third place from the other division and so on. Please note that the Management Team in the event of ADVERSE WEATHER conditions reserve the right to make alterations to the Fixture Programme.
Important InformationThis tournament is affiliated with the Staffs FA; The St.John's Ambulance Service are on site both days for the duration of the competition; Hot and Cold Food & Drink is available all day; A licensed bar is available in the main sports club; There will be a £2.00 entry fee on the gate for all adults, all players and children are free, which includes a matchday programme 'together with fixtures if they are available', disabled facilities are also available within the Sportsground.
Trophies and AwardsTrophies and awards will be presented to the Winners and Runners up in all of the following age groups the Under 7's to Under 14's. In addition the Under 7's will each receive a medal for attending on the day, as in most cases may be their first Tournament.
